Recycling Policy For Tin Cans
Items included – Upper Recycling Floor
All tin or steel cans. Tin or steel caps from glass containers.
Includes aluminum pet food cans, pie plates and tin foil.
Conditions
Items do not need to be rinsed but do need to be empty.
Final Use
The material is de-tinned to remove the tin coating and the
remaining steel is made into new steel.
